Frequently Asked Questions
  • What hotels do you service?
    • All Miami Beach
    • Miami from Wynwood to Coconut Grove
    • Airport hotels
    • South Beach parking passes for guests coming from other areas
  • When can manatees be seen?

This winter has been the best manatee season in years, probably lasting into April. Dozens of spots along the city tour route.

  • What's the difference between the Half Day and All Day Everglades tours?

The Half Day is an airboat plus a few gator and bird spots in Big Cypress. All Day continues farther to the Ten Thousand Islands for a boat ride, usually the highlight of the day, plus more bird and manatee spots in Fakahatchee State Park. The half day we recommend only for guests with limited time or when there is a small craft advisory. The Everglades website page has more details on the difference.

  • If we have seen Wynwood and Manatees already, what stops do you recommend?

Our city tour page has a dozen spots listed as alternatives to Wynwood and Calle 8.  Here’s a short list:

    • South Pointe Park
    • Biltmore Hotel
    • Key Biscayne Lighthouse - a favorite stop but it takes time with tricky hours.
    • Key Biscayne Lighthouse
    • Kampong Gardens
    • Fairchild Tropical Gardens
    • Barnacle State Park
    • Design District
    • Hampton House

  • What is the best way to contact you?

Call 305-763-4544, but note that I have little reception in the Everglades and do not answer while with a group. Emails are always answered quickly and allow guests to provide details about custom requests. Texts are also answered promptly.
